1984 Star Basketball All-Star Set - Summary
Star's second All-Star set and a bit smaller at only 25 cards versus the 1983 All-Star Set. Notably, Star omitted all of the special cards that they produced in the 1983 set, such as the MVP card and other cards such as those that featured Game Records and All-Time leaders.
All cards in the set featured white borders, with a 'Star 84' logo in the top right corner. The backs of the cards have a light blue tint and feature the same typical stat sort of background on many of the major Star issues.

Here's a full poly bag for the 1984 Star Basketball All-Star set. The Thomas on the front is the first card in the set and has the checklist for the set on the back of the card.

Here's the back:

Note there is also a 1984 Star Denver Police All-Star set which is a combination of the 1984 Star Slam Dunk set and the 1984 All-Star set with some minor card exceptions and different backs.
