1985 Star Lite All-Stars Set - Summary
The Star Lite Beer All-Stars set was issued to fans that attended the All-Star Banquet in Indianapolis in 1985. The small set is chock full of the big stars of the day and includes a popular Michael Jordan card. See the checklist below:

The cards featured a standard design for Star, with dark blue borders and with the team logo replaced with a logo of Miller Lite. Here is the most valuable card in the set, the Michael Jordan card. The backs don't feature a stat line, as on normal Star cards, but just a notation that mentions the player's all-star appearances.

Here's a full poly bag for the 1985 Star Lite All-Stars set. The first card features a checklist for the set.

There are two variations of the Michael Jordan #4 card in the set. I've shown both examples side by side below. The difference relates to the cropping of Jordan's image. Note how his head on the second copy is basically touching the top border where there is more space on the other copy of the card. Both variations are worth roughly the same.

It should be noted that collectors need to look out for white bordered Lite All-Star cards. These were issued as a part of the 'Shop At Home' scandal and should be avoided. Below is a Michael Jordan Shop At Home Lite All Stars card
