This set was sold on the Shop at Home Network in 1997
Robert Levin of Star led the public to believe these cards had been locked in a warehouse for over 10 years and were finally being released.
However, the set was actually produced in 1997, without an NBA license. Star and Levin were subsequently sued by the NBA.
The set features a Bulls team set of 11 cards, including Jordan.
The Jordan image is the same image used in the (licensed) 1986 Court Kings set

1997 Shop at Home Star ’86 Bulls Arena Set – Summary

This set features a 11 card set of the Chicago Bulls. The set also features one card of Michael Jordan.

Like all other Star sets, these were released in bags as shown below.

All Shop at Home sets were issued with a letter from Robert Levin, founder of Star. All letters were written very similarly, all claiming that these sets were unearthed from storage when, in fact, Levin had unlawfully printed them in 1997. This is a letter for the Red border arena set, but the letter for the white set was very similar.
